Yoga Basics Workshop
January 6 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm$30
Designed for anyone who is new to yoga or looking to brush up on the basics! Get an intro to yoga philosophy, health benefits and studio etiquette. Learn basic poses and proper alignment for a safer yoga experience with time to ask questions. Taught by SSY owner, Rebecca Johnson.
Yoga mats and props are available to borrow. Bring a reusable water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Something with a little stretch to it is best. No shoes required — yoga is done barefoot.
Included with an unlimited membership or use a drop in pass or 1 pass off of a class pass package to pay. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Please pre-register at https://www.soulstoryyoga.com/workshops/.
Students should be able to move up and down from the floor to standing and not have trouble being on hands and knees. Class will involve seated, standing, floor and balance poses
