Please bring both dark and light T-shirts; no street shoes on gym floor
Limited to first paid teams (check, cash, or Venmo)
Participants under age 19 (18 and younger) need waiver signed by parent/guardian
Entries must be received no later than March 4

$100/team (T-shirts included)
(Teams that play in more than one division get
$10 break on 2nd registration)
